The whole process consists of 9 distinct stages, using plastic bottles as the raw material to produce different end products. As it is apparent from the given data, the outcome can vary from clothes to renewable bottles. The process begins with gathering the bottles as the input material through special vehicles and trucks. Then, the items are sorted in the recycling center so that usable ones could be distinguished. At the following stage, the sorted materials are compressed into separate blocks and each unit is conducted into crushing machine where the bottles get thoroughly crushed. At the fifth stage, they are finally washed to be put into the next machine. The next step involves the process of making pellets where the clean plastic material is poured into another device. In the next stage, their temperature is increased so that they are more flexible and easier to form. The raw material to produce the ultimate products is now ready. The cycle repeats again once the consumers use the products and then discard them, afterwards they are collected to be converted into new items.
